[Self-hosted] Cannot reset password

This is a big problem, as I cannot make Fluxer work with my SMTP server, despite Nextcloud working with it no problem. One user of my server forgot his password and he cannot change it, because I can't make email work, so he never receives the link, and I cannot reset/set the password myself from the admin panel, so the user cannot use the server anymore and I cannot do anything about it. There should be a way to manually change users' passwords from the admin panel. Fluxer should be fully functional without an email server.
