[Self-hosted] Cannot reset password

@JonaldJohnston Thank you, that will work in an emergency. @MichaelBelgium I am not running a massive community where they should take care of their own password resets. I'm not gonna run an SMTP. Every member is admin invited and most of the members don't even use real emails because we don't need this functionality. It can be communicated to the admin the same way as Admin-Issued Registration URLs are. Or just let the Admin change the password to a temporary password until the next login.
