Remove redundant “Add Reaction” button on mobile

(#3457) Feature Under consideration mobile ui

Current problem

On the mobile message long press ui, you're currently unable to quickly edit a message after a long press without having to first scroll down.

Proposed change

This could be fixed by simply removing the existing "Add reaction" button, since the + button already exists in the current reaction section.

Additional information

image This first image shows the long press ui before swiping. image And after swiping, showing the edit message button. I know this is a ui pain-point for quite a few people I know using the mobile beta and I'd love to see this at least considered.

Also, since I just saw this, when a message has reactions on it, the view reactions button shows up which would continue the issue I've listed before. image In my opinion, the common message actions (reply, edit, forward, mark as unread) should always come first in the ui before listing the view reactions button (maybe have it as a part of the "pin messages" group?)
