Current problem
Too many options (see image):
- I dont really need some of them, clutter
- I dont like the order they are put there.
Proposed change
Customizable UI of hold-message options:
- Ability to remove buttond from the hold-message options
- Ability to re-order them as the user prefers. The edit button is too below imo
