User can attempt to join a friend's call via profile when they do not have connection permissions to the channel

Observed behaviour

Join voice button can still be pressed, however you will timeout and not be able to join. NB: related to #2897

Reproduction steps

  1. Have a friend join a channel that you can view but do not have connection permission.
  2. Open a users mini-profile or profile (can click on their name in the Friends list, clicking on their name in a channel)

Expected behaviour Join voice button disabled as user does not have permission to join the channel.
