Disabling notifications and notifications sounds do not apply, while mobile client is running

Observed behaviour

Restarting client seems to fix it, so looks client does not apply this settings, when it's running

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to notifications settings
  2. Disable notifications and notifications sounds
  3. Get ping, or DM and see that notification is still sent with sound

Build information

Version 2026.09.100, Beta 4, Channel Beta, Build 547, Android 13 (arm64), Device Xiaomi 22101316UG, Locale ru-RU, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.5, Dart 3.13.4

Expected behaviour Notifications and sounds should not be present
  1. Rex changed the status from Needs triage to Confirmed

Can reproduce CR: Version 2026.10.100, Beta 1, Channel Beta, Build 576, Android 15 (arm64), Device OnePlus CPH2465, Locale en-GB, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5 | NB: Effects may vary by device. Notification settings (on/off) are not respected from the notification tab in the Flutter Client Settings.
