Edit history: Disabling notifications and notifications sounds do not apply, while mobile client is running

Observed behaviour

Restarting client seems to fix it, so looks client does not apply this settings, when it's running

Reproduction steps

Go to notifications settings
Disable notifications and notifications sounds
Get ping, or DM and see that notification is still sent with sound
