Some people not present in server list and not synced with the members on the right side

Summary

While there have been issues reported regarding the memberlist on the right side of the display inside a community, this a different issue. There seems to also be an issue with the member list of communities. Not all users show up in there despite all users being expected to show up there, regardless of being online or invisible/offline.

Steps to reproduce

Right click on your community -> Community Settings -> Members

Environment (optional)

Issue appears on both browser as well as the desktop app on Windows 11.

Reopened because several users confirmed the bug and it was bulk closed without a fix.

Confirm can replicate on Windows 11 with v0.0.8 client. For me however it manifests slightly differently with the members list just perpetually loading and never proceeding beyond that, see attached screenshot image

In a private server I have for myself and friends all offline members in the sidebar simply disappear into the void until they come back online, and the members list does not function at all.

Same for me, on Mac. Private server, some roles setup. People disappear entirely when they're offline and the "members" page is sometimes entirely empty, sometimes populated randomly, with some people showing up and others not, and it's got nothing to do with offline/online status. Some kind of caching issue, maybe? I can see people offline in my friends list, they show up as grey icons. In the server, they're just gone, not listed in the sidebar at all.

Just adding to this. After the most recent updates members are now showing up properly in this pane HOWEVER I cannot SCROLL the list. Is anybody else able to replicate this? Windows 11 desktop app v0.0.8

I have the same issue in my community, not all members show up in the "Members" list of the community. They all show up on the right side pannel, tho.
