Application inputs cut off on mobile

Summary

When going through the process of creating an application (or editing an existing application) on mobile (PWA), some inputs and toggles go off the screen without the ability to horizontally scroll to view them. Possibly due to how long the token/secret inputs are, and the side by side inputs are not flex wrapped.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new, or edit an existing application
2. Some of the inputs and toggles are off the screen
