Friend request with a reason

To be fair, independent to the idea of counteracting spam invites; I think it could be pretty cool to have a "reason for friend request" field any time you add someone! It could have the added benefit of being a sort of confirmation to make sure you didn't request by mistake and for every "spontaneous" friend request where you're already chatting with the person, you could make your reason a dot, an emoji or just leave it empty (if the person hasn't made having a reason mandatory for their FR). I don't know! It's just my two cents but I am fond of the idea. Having received countless of friend requests that amount to nothing myself, I would probably want that option on as well! As for what solutions exist right now — I'm an administrator of a public image board and we accept mod applications, so my discord handle is published and I need to accept DMs and FR from everyone if people want to reach me from there, so I can't really use any of the "you must have a server in common" etc. security checks. Having that field would definitely be a nice add in my opinion!
