I agree with this sentiment. I feel that Discord purposely has new servers set to notify for "all messages" by default, so users who don't know how to change those settings end up getting fueled with FOMO (and gets annoying when server owners don't know how to change that setting either) and incentivize using the platform more often than needed. I don't think that's a model Fluxer should follow.
Right now, Fluxer does create new communities with ALL_MESSAGES, but once the community goes over 250 members or has the features LARGE_GUILD_OVERRIDE or VERY_LARGE_GUILD, it is forced to mentions-only and cannot be changed.
