Change Default Notifications to Mentions
Problem
One of my biggest pet pevees with Discord was that server owners don't know how to change a setting to Only Mentions, then resulting in people setting themselves to do not disturb because they don't understand where the sounds are coming from.
Proposed solution
Please make the All Messages feature something someone has to go out of their way to enable
