Observed behaviour

install.sh for self-host tells Fedora users to install docker-ce for podman compose Fedora however has podman-compose which allows users to run podman compose directly but passes it to docker (from the Fedora repos) to do the compose.

run install.sh on Fedora

This should be fixed via #3121. Feel free to retest and close the issue if you can confirm it's fixed!
