Edit history: Am able to DM people who aren't added to me even though I have my DM's Set to friends only

Observed behaviour

I told someone to dm me a link to a fluxy alternative since they said it might be better. But I didn't realize I never had them added, But they DM'ed me.

I have them added now but. that was strange. being able to message them without even being added I have 0 clue if this is reproducible I don't think the fact I'm currently on A Virtual Machine/outdated desktop build, should affect this

Reproduction steps

1, Turn off DM's for community Members 2, Have someone in a community that isn't a friend, DM you 3, Should go through if this is reproducible
