Electron builder update broke flatpak builds

Observed behaviour

In commit https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/commit/5c2dca1c51cd19fa347054076e4bf8986744c537 electron-builder was updated which broke the flatpak offline bulld. This was fixed upstream in electron-builder but that is available only on latest alpha ([electron-builder@27.0.0-alpha.7](https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder/releases/tag/electron-builder%4027.0.0-alpha.7)) Either downgrade the electron-builder again or update to alpha.

Reproduction steps

  1. Get flatpak manifest for fluxer
  2. Build with flatpak builder

Let me know if it works as of the latest version – it did however break auto-update functionality on macOS (seems to work on Windows), so I'm rolling back the build on macOS only while I figure that out. Edit: False alarm on the macOS thing, I was just being too impatient. Had I waited 30 seconds longer it would've completed. The updater experience is getting improved with the new client architecture anyway so that it actually shows the progress on all platforms.
