It could be helpful to (after ensuring you are indeed running on the very latest version, since some updates have been made since the creation of the issue) capture a voice diagnostic. You can do so by going to User Settings > Advanced > scroll to the bottom to "Developer" > enable developer mode.

Then, whilst in a call reproducing the problem, you could capture a voice diagnostic:

The only "sensitive" information it should contain would be the names of your input and output audio devices. You can check it and redact anything you find doesn't need to be there, however.
