On Windows, while primary monitor has fullscreen app open and Fluxer is on second monitor, the user list disappears

Summary

Issue Description

• When you have Fluxer maximized on secondary monitor while in a game on your primary monitor, the user list eventually disappears

Actual behavior

• The user list will disappear and show a blank space

Expected behavior

• The user list should not disappear and remain to show the active user statuses

Steps to reproduce

• Have fullscreen app on primary monitor (such as a game)
• Have Fluxer maximized on the secondary monitor
• Play the game and wait a few minutes
