On Windows, while primary monitor has fullscreen app open and Fluxer is on second monitor, the user list disappears

Issue Description
When you have Fluxer maximized on secondary monitor while in a game on your primary monitor, the user list eventually disappears
Actual behavior
The user list will disappear and show a blank space
Expected behavior
The user list should not disappear and remain to show the active user statuses
Steps to reproduce
Have fullscreen app on primary monitor (such as a game)
Have Fluxer maximized on the secondary monitor
Play the game and wait a few minutes
