Seemingly no way to rearrange communities and channels on mobile web

Summary

I can't seem to find any way to move communities around and rearrange channels / put them into categories when using web client on mobile.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open web Fluxer on mobile
2. Try to move a channel in a different category.
3. Realize you don't actually know how to do that.
4. sad
