Seemingly no way to rearrange communities and channels on mobile web

I can't seem to find any way to move communities around and rearrange channels / put them into categories when using web client on mobile.
Steps to reproduce
Open web Fluxer on mobile
Try to move a channel in a different category.
Realize you don't actually know how to do that.
