If you use OBS and use the camera at 1080p on there and use Fluxer to use OBS camera does that work?

Rex merged #2703 Camera quality "High (1080p)" not selectable into #533 Unable to set Camera Quality to "High (1080p)"
Reason: Merged because both report that the High (1080p) camera quality option cannot be selected and does not show that it needs Plutonium.
