Unable to set Camera Quality to "High (1080p)"

Summary

In Application Settings -> Audio & Video -> Camera Quality, Trying to set the Quality to 1080p does not work even though it is not greyed out and i have a Camera that can do 1080p. I am able to switch between 480p and 720p. This happens on the Desktop App and on the Web App. image

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go Into Settings
  2. Under Application -> Audio & Video
  3. Scroll down to Video -> Camera Quality
  4. Try setting 1080p and see nothing changing.
