Your Hardware / OS (CPU, GPU, Mic, interface) - please confirm that your audio drivers are all up to date
What client / version you are on
What client / version are the people hearing your quality on.
What is the issue (muted sounds, clipping, robotic, etc..)
What voice server are you connected to? What is your average ping / your friends in call average ping?
What combination of audio settings are you on (enhanced noise suppression, auto gain control, echo cancellation). Does disabling anything return quality to normal?
Have you tried other devices yet?
