Member list cuts off lower members and isn't scrollable

Summary

The pages in the new members tab aren't scrollable and cut off more members as the client window becomes smaller.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the members tab in a community with many members.
  2. Pick a larger amount of rows like 50 or 100.
  3. Attempt to scroll down to see members in lower rows.

Environment (optional)

stable build 332 (5b198a4), 2026-04-14 20:28:16 UTC, Electron 39.2.7, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop stable 0.0.8

I can confirm I got this issue too stable build 356 (21016ec), 2026-04-15 20:31:28 UTC, Chrome 147.0.0.0, Windows NT 10.0 (x64)

I have this as well: Changing the Rows per Page above 12 only shows visible results if the additional rows fit on the screen. Scrolling does not work. So for example, the most users I can see on one monitor are 14 (1080p). If I move the app to my larger monitor, 22 (1440p).
