Crash on user volume over 100%

Summary

When setting a user's volume to 200% (or presumably, any value over 100%) in a VC, whenever that user later joins a VC, the client will crash.

Steps to reproduce

Join a VC or call with another user.
Set their User Volume to 200%
Have them leave and re-join the call
