Crash on user volume over 100%

Summary

When setting a user's volume to 200% (or presumably, any value over 100%) in a VC, whenever that user later joins a VC, the client will crash.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a VC or call with another user.
  2. Set their User Volume to 200%
  3. Have them leave and re-join the call

can confirm this one

Can confirm that still happens in stable build 87 (28da28c) Setting a user volume to anything more than 100% does reproduce the bug Manually resetting the volume to 1 in the ParticipantVolumeStore in the local storage does fix it
