Media in the media panel extends below the panel itself

Summary

When clicking on the media button(s) (gif, image, sticker), the "buttons" (gifs, images, stickers, which are clickable) are also clickable below the panel itself (meaning you can't click on the buttons in the message box without clicking on a sticker or gif or image).

Steps to reproduce

(Example for stickers)

Click on the stickers button.
Click on the stickers button again. If you are in some servers with stickers you'll likely click on a sticker instead.
The sticker gets sent even though the click happened outside of the panel.

Reopened because a later comment shows the sticker picker still has the problem after the other pickers were fixed.

This happens above the Media previews, too, overlapping onto the image/video/audio category buttons, sometimes up to the search bar. In these images I scroll just far up enough that you can still see the trash/edit buttons appear as they do when you hover over individual media. image image This causes a lot of annoying accidental sends. I think this is all under the same general UI bug as #95
