"Show chat" button is not visible when voice channel window is popped out

Reproduction steps

  1. join a voice channel and make sure the voice channel chat is collapsed
  2. click the "Pop out call" button

Expected behaviour

the "Show chat" button should either be visible in the popped out window, or maybe the main window could just show the text chat in place of the popped out one

Actual behaviour

the "Show chat" is nowhere to be seen, so it doesn't seem to be possible to open the voice channel text chat unless you pop the window back in first.

CR: Canary Desktop 2026.1108.35221, Web 2026.1108.35221, Linux 7.2.15-200.fc44.x86_64 (x64), Electron 44.10.0, Chrome 152.0.7977.169, Node 24.22.1, Locale en-US It is actually possible to open the chat by hovering the voice channel in the channel list and clicking the "Open chat" bubble. However there is no GUI method to close the chat again while the popout is open. The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+V is also still functional for both opening and closing vc chat. Either way, this is definitely a bug.
