Current problem
It self imposes itself at start up and i have to go physically turn it off like the sneaky windows developer does inside windows programes all the time....
Proposed change
install fluxer.... boot pc... fluxer remains unstarted until i toggle "yes i want fluxer to start up at start up" when i install it.
