Disable auto start up toggle to be at point of install decision

Current problem

It self imposes itself at start up and i have to go physically turn it off like the sneaky windows developer does inside windows programes all the time....

Proposed change

install fluxer.... boot pc... fluxer remains unstarted until i toggle "yes i want fluxer to start up at start up" when i install it.

macOS, Windows, Linux

Additional information

Reproduction steps install Fluxer... Build information latest? Evidence it boots everytime i reboot my pc and i had to go turn it off.

auctually hope you fix this for other. im going away from fluxer entirely at this point just due to this feedback loop and the general vibe ive gotten from fluxer app. Id rather go stone age and write my own messaging board and app then use fluxer...
