In some cases the client will stop requesting member chunks, leading to users roles and nicknames not loading

This bug used to happen with https://feedback.fluxer.com/p/4530/after-jumping-between-instances-the-client-will-stop-sending, but is now fixed, but seems like some other things can cause it as well. My only two theories right now are these:

• Instance switching

or

• When you get an update

Should always get member chunks

There's no member chunk requesting, leading to roles and nicknames not being renders on users in chat
