Hello, could you provide more information about what you mean about your "existing hidden category"? What do the permissions look like? Additionally, it would be helpful if you have an idea of what that ticket bot is doing to provide manual steps to reproduce the issue. Thanks

role @everyone is denied View Channel perm on the entire category, while the specific user is granted View Channel permission only on their respective ticket channel through perms overrides.

Is there anything else? I am not able to reproduce this issue with just these permission changes.
