Newly created channels do not appear in the category list until the web app is reloaded

Reproduction steps

Open a server with account A.
Open a server with account B.
Create a new channel with account A in a existing hidden category.
Check the channel sidebar with account B.

Expected behaviour

The newly created channel should immediately appear under its assigned category without requiring a page reload.

Actual behaviour

The channel does not appear in the category list until the web app is manually reloaded.
