Community shows twice in the sidebar after being kicked and rejoining

When you kick a user from a server and the user joins with the same invite (idk if that is important) the server in the Sidebar duplicates. This is likely connected to https://feedback.fluxer.com/p/369

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a server
  2. Get kicked
  3. Join again
  4. The Server should have been duplicated.
