Voice room controls bar doesn't disappear when call view is popped out

Reproduction steps

  1. Join call
  2. Pop out call

Expected behaviour

The control bar would disappear after a few moments of inactivity, as it does when not popped out.

Actual behaviour

Control bar is persistent whether you are hovering over the view or not.
