Scrolling bug with a specific message

Reproduction steps

The specific message in question is here: https://web.fluxer.app/channels/1519773906704011264/1500151497420406821/1519451130722004992 However do not click the message link to reproduce this bug. It doesn't work that way.

Scroll to the bottom manually
Scroll up to the message linked above manually
Scroll back down... slowly

Expected behaviour

I should be able to scroll down past this message

Actual behaviour

Scrolling gets stopped and there is a lot of weird stutter. See attached video
