Scrolling bug with a specific message

Reproduction steps

The specific message in question is here: https://web.fluxer.app/channels/1519773906704011264/1500151497420406821/1519451130722004992 However do not click the message link to reproduce this bug. It doesn't work that way.
  1. Go to #a11y-discussions on Fluxer Labs
  2. Scroll to the bottom manually
  3. Scroll up to the message linked above manually
  4. Scroll back down... slowly

Expected behaviour

I should be able to scroll down past this message

Actual behaviour

Scrolling gets stopped and there is a lot of weird stutter. See attached video
