Current problem
I want to have my bot automatically add some members to newly created threads in a guild, but there isn't any current way in the API to do this without posting announcements and pinging the members every single time, which would be quite annoying.

Proposed change
It would be really nice for this api to have the option to add members silently - no announcement messages or especially any pings.
Probably require "administrator" role privilege for this?
