API: Allow adding members to a thread without announcing or pinging (quietly)

I want to have my bot automatically add some members to newly created threads in a guild, but there isn't any current way in the API to do this without posting announcements and pinging the members every single time, which would be quite annoying. https://docs.fluxer.app/http-api/thread-members/#add-thread-member

It would be really nice for this api to have the option to add members silently - no announcement messages or especially any pings. Probably require "administrator" role privilege for this?
