Current problem
When leaving communities the pop up doesn't mention the name in the title or anywhere in the pop up. Now yeah it may sound like paranoia but I wouldn't wanna leave a community I'm strongly active in just because I misclicked!
Proposed change
Mention what community a person is leaving in the title of the pop up or somewhere visible/noticeable on the pop up.
e.g. currently it says "Community verlassen" in german, this would then be "<community name> verlassen" <- maybe even add a question mark at the end, though thats optional.
