Communities name as the title of the pop up when leaving

When leaving communities the pop up doesn't mention the name in the title or anywhere in the pop up. Now yeah it may sound like paranoia but I wouldn't wanna leave a community I'm strongly active in just because I misclicked!

Mention what community a person is leaving in the title of the pop up or somewhere visible/noticeable on the pop up. e.g. currently it says "Community verlassen" in german, this would then be "<community name> verlassen" <- maybe even add a question mark at the end, though thats optional.
