Initial loading screen doesn't progress until text is pressed

Reproduced Platform: Android Build information: Version 2026.10.100, Beta 12, Channel Beta, Build 2817, Android 16 (arm64), Device samsung SM-A366E, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.8, Dart 3.13.7 Reproduction steps

1. get stuck on the loading screen

2. METHOD 1:
   1. tap on the instance switcher button
   2. leave the modal

2. METHOD 2:
   1. exit out of the app
   2. wait a bit
   3. go back in

3. app now boots

Expected behaviour the app boots in instantly Actual behaviour requires a network disconnect first (it seems like)
