Reproduction steps
- Open a community which does not have the detached banner enabled.
- Observe that the banner is merged with the community name, and it smoothly fades out while scrolling, on both mobile and desktop clients
- Open a community with the detached banner enabled
Expected behaviour
The banner is separate from community name, and does not fade when scrolling.
This is the behavior of the desktop client.
Actual behaviour
The banner fades out and is merged with the community name, like if the detached banner feature was disabled.

Evidence
I've recorded and attached two videos, on one the desktop client (correct behavior) and one on the mobile client (incorrect behavior) to compare.
The videos show two communities, which are both discoverable. The first one, Arch, has no detached banner feature, while the second, Yuri, does. I was able to confirm this through the "Debug community" feature of the desktop client. (To be extra sure, I was also able to reproduce this on communities that I own, where the mobile client behaved this way even when it showed in settings the toggle was enabled).
