Expected behaviour The server banner should've collapsed on scrolling

Can reproduce Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2590, Android 14 (arm64), Device motorola moto g(8) family, Locale en-US, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5

Can reproduce CR - Desktop client does collapse the banner. Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2591, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9 Pro, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5

Can reproduce true. not sure if it is "as intended" tho. Version 2026.10.100, Beta 2, Channel Beta, Build 2590, Android 8.0.0 (arm64), Device Emui 8, Locale en-GB, Push unifiedpush, Flutter 3.47.6, Dart 3.13.5
