Thread in Full View is missing "Threads" Button

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a thread
  2. Open the thread in full view

Expected behaviour

In the top bar, next to the notification settings icon, there should be a "Threads" button, showing all threads in a popover on click.

Actual behaviour

The "Threads" button is missing; it is only in the top bar in a regular text channel view.
