Windows Default uses Default instead of Default Communication device

Reproduction steps

Applies to both outputs and inputs:
  1. Set Windows Default device to Device1
  2. Set Windows Default Communication Device to Device2
  3. Set Fluxer to use the Windows Default device

Expected behaviour

Fluxer uses Device1

Actual behaviour

Fluxer should be using Device2 since it is a communication platform
