Reproduction steps
- Grant a test account the following permissions only:
- View channel
- Send messages
- Pin messages
- Switch to that test account
- Send a message on the test account
- Still using the test account, try to pin the message you just sent
- Go back to the admin account
- Grant the test account "Read message history" permissions
- Switch back to the test account and pin a message successfully
Expected behaviour
While this is likely not something anyone would ever do, the pin messages permission should not be tied to being able to read message history. Or, if the permissions cannot be separated, then read message history should be force-enabled for any roles granted pin message permissions.
Actual behaviour
Reading message history permission is required to pin.
