change the "show my screen share" toggle to remove stream window rather than just greying it out with "stream hidden" text overlayed

watching more than one screen share without having a portion of my screen taken up with my own screen share

when toggling off "show my screen share," instead of greying out and showing "stream hidden", completely remove the window altogether.
