Incorrect time stamps on server messages (Desktop + Web)

(#4084) Bug Open: Needs info desktop messaging

Reproduction steps

I am not sure how to reproduce this. I only noticed this yesterday, Oct 15th and am fairly certain that the time stamps were not like this in the days before. I did not make any changes to my settings on Fluxer or my PC. I have tried restarting my computer, as well as logging out and back in to Fluxer. Issue remains.

Expected behaviour

Time stamps on messages should correctly display in my local time.

Actual behaviour

Time stamps are incorrect. In the case of my time zone (UTC-7:00) Pacific Time, they are always one hour behind. See attached screenshots.

Status changed from Needs triage to Needs info
Without steps to reproduce this will be difficult to triage. Switching status to Needs info. This is not closing the issue. If someone else is able to reproduce this and can provide steps that would be greatly appreciated. By the by, daylight savings in USA ends November 1, 2026 apparently, so that date is probably worth keeping in mind for testing.
