Without steps to reproduce this will be difficult to triage. Switching status to Needs info. This is not closing the issue.
If someone else is able to reproduce this and can provide steps that would be greatly appreciated. By the by, daylight savings in USA ends November 1, 2026 apparently, so that date is probably worth keeping in mind for testing.
